Please note that we are now only offering telephone appointments. If you need to speak to someone, please call us on 01527 832993 and we will arrange for a support worker to call you back.
If you already have a Support Worker, you can still contact them directly via their mobile number.
You can also contact us via the Web Chat service on our website – just click the icon in the bottom right of the screen. This service is staffed Monday – Friday 11am – 4pm. Messages left outside of these times will be answered as soon as possible.
The office will be manned 9am – 4.30pm Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. If you need to collect a food parcel, or would like to drop in a donation, please call ahead on 01527 832993 to arrange a suitable time.
