We are seeking new trustees with a genuine interest in our area of work. This is a voluntary role.
We work with young people across Worcestershire who have multiple and complex needs whilst striving to live independently. Bring your insights, networks and creativity to the role of trustee.

Previous charity board experience is desirable but not as important as a passion for this work with young people and a desire to make a positive contribution.
We can offer training and support where necessary, as well as a comprehensive induction. A DBS check is required for this role.
Trustees are encouraged to attend board meetings 6 times per year on Mondays, which alternate between 9.15am and 5pm.
In addition to board meetings, there are various working groups (e.g. finance, PR). Your involvement may include one Away Day per year with employees and other volunteers.
